On Lust The impulse of lust is to fundamental to life. You cannot resist it. It is the impulse of procreation and it underlies all biological life. It can be felt, in one of its lowest form, as an agitation to release the substances of sex. The digestion of food automatically produces these sexual substances. It is natural and necessary to excrete these substances, like sweat, urine, and feces. They must be excreted
